Your MORNING ritual
It is crucial that you give yourself AT LEAST 10 minutes of "you" time (more if possible) before you check any devices, get kids ready or turn on the TV. Take a moment and be with YOU, lay there as you're eyes are barley opened, wiggle your toes, put a hand on your heart, feel that beat, feel your lungs fill you with air of a brand new day.
Take a few conscious breathes and before your feet hit the floor think of one thing you are excited about in this new day. This is a great time to take these 10 minutes (or more) to journal, mind dump and create your dreams using the attached printable daily planner!

The science behind using a tool like has lead to clear minded, productive & less stressful days. PLUS you get to track your progress! I suggest printing out 30 days worth, keep em next to your bed- easy access in the morning ( or do the hourly schedule the night before, but answer the questions in the morning!)
In the "I DID IT" section at the end of the day write down a thing or few that you achieved & are proud of!
